About the Department:
The Agricultural Mechanization dept. was established in academic year 1986 –
1987 in Agricultural and forestry college, Mosul university and it was the first
mechanization dept. in Iraqi universities at that time. In 1987-1988 a post
graduate studies (M.Sc.) was setup. The first group in M. Sc. Were graduated
during 1989, while the first group in under graduate studies were graduated in
1990. In 1995 – 1996 Ph. D. studies was started. The dept. prepare professional
in the field of Agric. Mechanization.
