About the Department:

    Department of Arabic was established in 1969-1970.It consists of the head of the department, and co-ordinator and eighty two lecturers in Arabic language and literature, rhetorics, and criticism.

Higher studies began as follows:

1.    M.A. in 1969-1980.

2.    Ph.D. in 1986-1987.

In addition to all types of academic activities in all fields of language and literature such as conferences and forums.
