Biochemistry Department

The Biochemistry department has been established in 1960. It was part of physiology dept. and separated from it to be an independent dept. in 1977 .

The department has the following active ties :-

The affiliated has been teaching General chemistry for 1st. year and Biochemistry for 2nd. Year . The dept. in 1985 included three sections ( Biochemistry , Medical Biochemistry, and Clinical chemistry unit ) .
