About the Department:

Surgical department had been established in 5/9/2006, consisting of three members as lecturers in general surgery:

-         Dr. Hayder Hussian Ibrahim.

-         Dr Noor Al-Aldeen al-hafith.

-         Dr. Mohammed Salh Abdulla Alali.

The aim of the department is to teach the medical student in their 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th years of study the basic theoretical activities and practical knowledge in surgery. It’s activities include lectures (using data show), clinical teaching, seminars and surgical meeting.
