About the College
The college of nursing was founded in 1993 , The
primary instructional mission of the college is the education of nursing
students in a variety of disciplines for four years leads to a bachelor degree
in nursing sciences .
The college since its foundation is going forward
in providing the community with well trained nursing staff , skillfull
scientifically and practically to present the highest quality of medical &
nursing services .
The college is stressed on improving the level of
nursing through establishing scientific exchange programs with universities
abroad, sponsoring local sciences and participating in internationally
recognized scientific conferences .
We should always consider the continuous support
of both ministry of Health and ministry of Higher Education and Scientific
Research and the direct support from presidency of Mosul University for
maintaining necessary equipments to the college .
Mission
1. To graduate nurses skillfull in applying
scientific steps in different aspects of nursing care .
2. Offering nursing care services for
society in clinical , therapeutic and preventive aspects.
3. Objective connection between nursing
sciences and the medical problems of the country .
4. Contribution with the medical teams in
different medical organizations.
