About the college
The
college of Science was established in 1963 .Science college offers B.Sc
certificate in chemistry, physics, geology, biology and microbiology .Also the
specialization varies in the higher studies (post graduate studies). 11975
B.Sc., 880 M.Sc. and 153 Ph.D. holders have been graduated from the college
since its foundation in 1963 .
The College publishes two journals; AL-Rafideen Journal of Science and
the Iraqi Journal of Geology.
